I have been parking inside the centre for a weeks because of the bad weather, I would usually park on the street outside with free parking for blue badge holders. I had noticed it was difficult to get a disabled bay as most were taken by vehicles which were not displaying blue badges. I contacted the centre to ask if the blue badge scheme is enforced with fines but was told that it was not and they just expected drivers to park responsibily. I dont see the point in the centre having disabled bays if its not enforced as those of us who need it can't access one. I wouldn't recommend paying the money to park in this centre as a blue badge holder.
