the wheelchair ramp is a total waste of time, my powered chair bottomed out on the door threshold, it has a large sudden lump in the middle of the doorway, both my powerchair and manual wheelchair and most chairs i have ever seen would have difficulty, the staff were totally unhelpful and we left as they did not want our custom because we complained about the access
