Overall Rating
Excellent
Fantastic. Front door has disabled access button that opens automatic door, step free access to front door. While there are stairs once in, there is also a small lift that allows access to restaurant, featuring automatic door. Can be worked from within the lift, but also from outside by carer or staff. Staff were helpful and enthusiastic, making sure to provide easy accessible seating. Allergen needs were checked immediately and there is an allergen guide available both online as well as spoken through by workers. Accessible toilet was fantastic. Very large, plenty of space to turn wheelchairs, many bars in practical locations, soap dispensers at two heights next to lowered sink. Only complaints are toilet paper dispenser can be awkward to use for those with hand relates issues, and path to disabled toilet not clearest but staff amazing at making sure we had access and egress.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
No steps to front door, automatic door, lift inside to reach dining level, dining level all one level mostly good clearance between tables.
Accessible facilities: Lift to all areas, Step-free access to most areas
Parking & Transport

Accessible Toilets
Excellent
Toilet was spotless, very spacious allowing for easy transfers and carer access. Grab rails and bars plentiful, lowered sink, two soap dispensers at different levels. Door easy to open/close/lock. Toilet paper dispenser not great, difficult to use with hand issues and Toilet paper very easy to get trapped within and unable to get more out of.
Facilities: Accessible toilet
Staff
Excellent
Staff friendly, informative with information about allergens and ingredients, checked in regularly, made feel like a welcome guest.
