Stangwrach Holiday Cottages have two 5 star self-catering properties that are wheelchair friendly, located in Carmarthenshire Wales. Ash Tree cottage sleeps up to 8 persons and has a profiling bed in the single room, there are 4 bedrooms and a large playroom plus two bathrooms one being a wet room. This property is all on one level with a decked area to take in the views and covered access around the outside of the property. The playroom can be converted into a 5th bedroom with a second hired mobility bed on request. The cottage has step free access with underfloor heating throughout and laminate flooring. A mobility hoist can be hired. There is a play area to the rear for family with children so the property can cater for everyone. Stangwrach cottage is a smaller property with a accessible ground floor for members of the family unable to use stairs, the double room on the ground floor can be replaced with a hired mobility bed if needed. The ground floor is open plan with kitchen and dining area, large wet room and a garden-room to the front of the property. The first floor is ideal for the rest of the family or carers. Gardeners cottage 4 star is a small property for two which is "not sutable for the leasable" but is mentioned here because carers coming with a large family can book this to have privacy from the family they are careing for if needed. Stangwrach Cottage's are situated outside the village of Llanfynydd, 12 miles from the market town of Carmarthen and 7 miles from the historical town of Llandeilo. The Cottages are centrally located within easy reach of the coastline, historical landscapes, castles and leisure parks such as Oakwood Theme Park. The Secret Gardens of Aberglasney or The National Botanical Garden of Wales are all a short car journey away.
