Good
Access to the reception is a fair wheel away (particularly when it is raining) you then have to press a button and wait for the doors to be opened, you can then access reception up a ramp from street level.
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Could be improved. Waiting for a staff member to open the door when it is raining and cold is unacceptable and makes you feel like a 2nd class citizen. The need for security shouldn't mean a disabled parent or their child should have to trek so far when there are nearer spaces and a simple enclosure would improve the whole experience.
Parking & Transport
Average
Two dedicated disabled bays, out of sight of the main reception area and unmonitored.
Accessible Toilets
Poor
There is a disabled toilet but this requires a trek in to the school to an area occupied by the newest and youngest students.
Staff
Good
Could be much better.
