Through the main entrance the ground is flat, there is a ramp to access the front and side entrance, there are multiple tables with chairs outside of the shop too. The counter with food and drinks are easy to reach as they are quite low, the till doesn't have a lowered counter but the area where you collect your food is.

To get to the bathroom there is a door that needs a code and the door is quite heavy. Inside the bathroom the door has grab rails. The bathroom has a baby change table, a bin, a full length mirror and a toilet with grab rails, the sink also has grab rails and a smaller mirror above it.
