Good access to the main parts of the building. No steps.

Good
The main entrance and the majority of the Cathedral are wheelchair accessible. The catacombs below and the bell tower are not.

Stefansplatz U bahn station is close by and fully accessible.
Accessible Toilets
Average
No toilets in the building. Nearest accessible toilet is in Stefansplatz U-bahn station. Our Euro- key wouldn't work but a helpful attendant let my wife use the ladies loo.

Additional Information
You can access part of the Cathedral free but it is well worth paying to see the rest. For 11euros we got admission for two and audio guides.
