I am a carer or friend of a disabled person. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment and moving around.

This is a really nice place to go that does all you can eat sushi for under £20, and everything is made to order. It's fresh and amazing quality! The restaurant itself is up a few stairs, I'm on a crutch and I can make it up there with little to no issue. They do have a wheelchair lift for you to use but I suspect if you are on your own or only have wheelchair users in your party you will struggle to get the staffs attention from down the stairs. You also need to be quite assertive to get service. In Japanese culture you are not bothered by serving staff, they await for you to call on them. I know in British culture this seems rude but you will need to embrace this to get served quickly.

No parking nearby, we use blue badge bays over by the cathedral and walk over, which takes us 5mins? 15min on a bad day. It isn't far off the square so there is a lot of bus access. It is also on a slope so may be difficult if you have mobility problems
Accessible Toilets
Good
Nothing out of the ordinary. I did like that my partner went to use their accessible loo (he has EDS and was walking unaided that day) and as he shut the door staff knocked on it and told him he was in a disabled loo and where the regular ones are. As soon as he said he did actually need that loo they backed off immediately. It's a bit annoying when your disability is hidden but it's good to know they are trying to keep the wrong people out :)
