Swan Walk Shopping Centre is home to over 50 retail and leisure businesses and sits at the heart of Horsham town centre. The centre is fully accessible being on one level, although there are some slopes, and has a great range of stores and cafes - both national brands and local independents. The centre's 6 lifts link from the council's multi storey car park to the shopping level with disabled and accessible parking located on the 2nd floor. The centre's welfare facilities include two accessible toilets, a Changing Places facility, a parent and bay change room with toilet and a larger cubicle with sink in both the male and female toilets

From there you can hire a motorized or manual wheelchair for use in the town centre by calling the Shopmobility shop on 01403230721. The office is open Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and 10am – 4pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays. They are closed on Christmas Day. Booking is advisable.
