Average
Great blue badge parking, good access around store, helpful staff but very little help when it comes to longstanding issues with toilet.

Good sized lift, wide uncluttered aisles.
Parking & Transport
Excellent
Plenty of blue badge parking in multi storey car park. Some buses stop at the door (mine for Kelty does).
Accessible Toilets
Average
There is an accessible loo, good size, red cord to standard, door easy to open. BUT side transfer is impossible as there are three bins in there. One is a huge cleaner's bin. I have complained on and off for two years now and just get shrugged shoulders. They just don't get it. Anyone have influence with this store?
Staff
Excellent
Store staff on the floor are great. They get the five stars. But the manager, who I have approached regularly, gets none, not even for showing fake sincerity.

Despite promises from Manager and assistant manager there are still three bins blocking transfer space VERY LITTLE HELPS
