Nice wide aisles, changing places toilet

Excellent

Flat access, double automatic doors All on one level wheelchair attachment trollies and trollies to seat older disabled children available Wide spacious aisles uncluttered by extra displays in the centre Plenty of staff available to assist 2 mobility scooters available to borrow on a 'first come , first served' basis, although quite often they are not working (usually due to not being charged) several manual wheelchairs available to borrow wide payment aisle for larger wheelchairs or scooters Staff available to help to pack and/or carry items to your car

Parking & Transport

Excellent

There is a half hourly bus service which stops directly outside Plenty of blue badge parking near the entrance, patrolled by parking officers and very rarely abused.

Accessible Toilets

Excellent

Fully accessible changing places toilet accessed by RADAR key, although staff keep a spare at the customer services area near to the toilet. Toilet has several handrails all in the right places Red alarm cord at required length Clean and tidy Large and easily accessible by a wheelchair and more than one carer if necessary.
