Clean accessable toilet have used it on a number of occasions. Nice to see the baby changing area is separate from the toilet however the toilet is NOT safe. Every time I've used it the red cord was tied up and not dangling to the floor. Despite putting 3 red cord cards on it they continue to remove the cards and push the cord behind the hand rail or tie it .
