A very large supermarket with disabled access features from parking to shopping.
Disabled Access In and Around
The biggest issue I had with mobility at Tesco Extra is from where the sheltered canopy that houses the shopping trolleys has a very steep camber that is very difficult to navigate if you're self propelling in a wheelchair. This route is also very narrow when attempting to go past the shopping trolleys and anyone in a larger than standard sized wheelchair will definitely struggle to get through. It would not surprise me if some powerchairs also struggle with the width of the path. The entrance/exit to the store is via automatic doors and has a large amount of space to navigate through easily. There are automatic barriers after you enter the store which are also easily maneouvered through. Around the store the aisles are wide and there is a cafe on-site for anyone needing to rest.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
There is a very large carpark with more than ample disabled parking spaces (I always manage to get a spot), plenty of parent & child and standard parking spaces available. There are also EV charging points located to the right side of the store carpark. Nearby there are links to public bus services and taxis often sit in wait for customers outside the left side of the store.

The disabled toilet in Tesco Llanelli is of a fair size, but some powerchairs and larger wheelchairs will struggle to maneouver and transfer themselves. There is a low level sink and an easily locked door. The red emergency cord was tied up around a grab rail (a good 3ft off the floor) and not only hindered my use of said grab rail but is also dangerous for anyone needing to use the red cord. I have since attached a Euan's Guide red cord card and hopefully this will have changed by my next visit!
