We have visited The Apex many times, but this was our first experience using a wheelchair. Overall we found everything easily accessible and the staff were amazing.

The venue is spacious and access was not an issue in any area.

    Parking & Transport

    Excellent

There is a large car park nearby with both u rebound parking which exits via a lift just near the venue entrance, or outside parking which is a short walk away. There is limited on the street parking nearby also.

    Accessible Toilets

The disabled toilets are downstairs and accessed via a lift - they were spacious and clean.

    Staff

    Rating Emoji

    Excellent

It was our first time attending in a wheelchair and the seats we had booked were not wheelchair accessible so we had to negotiate 2 small steps. Staff could not have been more helpful and understanding.
