The mining museum Spanish Gallery and Tower are in easy wheeling distance of free blue badge parking and wheelchairs can be booked in advance. The grounds to the castle are being renovated but I'm sure it will be fine once the works are completed, currently it's gravel I'm unsure about public transport as I arrived by car but I think you can ring the project for advice.

Plenty available with grab rails, they were a bit narrow in the Spanish gallery and adjacent restaurant but manageable in a wheelchair Pristine with hot water and driers and paper towels
