This delightful cafe is on the shore of Coniston Water in the Lake District next to the piers. Beautiful setting with parking close by. Level access and a very good accessible toilet with enough grab rails and space for a wheelchair and carer. This cafe could get by on location alone, but its standards are high and the food is really very good with allergy options and and a varied menu. The staff were helpful and polite.

There is a car park a few meters away from the cafe/lake shore, the car park spaces are slightly raised with a small kerb. We parked directly behind the cafe with a Blue Badge. We visited on a quiet day in Winter, parking might take longer in peak season. the shore is a bit of a walk from the village of Coniston, probably about a mile along hard packed path or a quiet lane.
