Overview

If travelling to, or through Blair Atholl, I would recommend stopping here for a drink or a meal. Wheelchair entrance to the bar is to the right of the main entrance of the hotel. The main doors are quite heavy to open and there is level access to this quaint little rustic bar that served lovely food. For the size of the place there was adequate space to manoeuvre.

Transport & Parking

Rail - The unmanned train station that serves this little village is only 2 minute walk away although I am unsure if this is wheelchair accessible. Bus - there is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel that serves the village but unsure of the type of service provided. Car - good amount of car park space directly outside the hotel. The surface is lose gravel, although quite easy go on wit a wheelchair. It is a little uneven if ambulant.

Access

As mentioned previously, good level access entrance but doors a bit on the heavy side. Once inside you go through double doors to the bar which can be a little awkward. Decent space inside the bar.

Toilets

Accessible toilets were adequate with enough space when inside. A larger powered wheelchair may have some difficulty though.

Staff

Staff were all very friendly and more than willing to help.

Well worth a try. A good menu and lovely food.
