Good access but need more toilets

Overall Rating
Good
Really good venue for making adjustments to allow disabled visitors and carers access to theatre. I just think they need more than one disabled toilet. Or... need to make it clear the disabled toilet isn’t for everyone.
Disabled Access In and Around
Excellent
Good disabled access via the side door. Does mean you can’t purchase show merchandise though as this is sold at the front. Also ice cream is sold down by the stage and drinks are sold in the bar.
Parking & Transport
Good
On bus routes. Free on street parking for blue badge holders or a multi story very near for everyone else.
Accessible Toilets
Average
It’s not a bad toilet. But there’s only one and everyone uses it regardless of it being a disabled toilet.
Staff
Good
They’re fairly helpful but as a disabled guest bursting for the toilet they were fairly reluctant to help me gain access ahead of the people who just didn’t want to queue for the other men’s/ladies toilets.
