The Broadway is a shopping centre in the heart of the City of Bradford with over 90 retailers including restaurants and The Light Cinema. We provide our customers with the shops they want, from leading brands to fashion favourites, and all the top high street names. The Light Cinema and our regular events bring people in for a day or a night out and create a buzzing and vibrant place 7 days a week. I went shopping in the Broadway shopping centre at Bradford and visited several shops inside the shopping centre.

Disabled Access at The Broadway Bradford

Charles Street, Market Street and Forster Square have level access with automatic sliding doors. There is a slight incline at Currer Street but again this entrance has automatic sliding doors. Manual doors to the side entrance to access the car park in an evening. There is a help button if you require assistance.

Accessible parking at The Broadway Bradford

Accessible bays are available on all levels of the car park. These are situated near the main lift lobbies. Direct access to the shopping mall is via the main lift lobbies.

Toilets features at The Broadway Bradford

We have two disabled toilets with radar key access on Eastbrook Mall and Charles Street Mall. There are an additional three accessible toilets as well as a changing places room near the central lift lobby area.

Changing Places toilet

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.

Accessible toilet

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
