We've visited here before to eat and the "surface of the moon" car park and lack of accessible toilet it made it too much of a struggle However over the last few months they've made a huge effort to level out the parking and put in a very posh wheelchair loo that I can manoeuvre round in a chunky power chair. The site is a converted barn , cowsheds and stable and some of it is still tricky just due to the original structure. There are some uneven bit of wonky path and short slopes and the car park is still a bit gravelly. I was fine in a power chair but if you're using a manual chair independently you may need a bit of a push in places. The food is amazing and the staff are very friendly and receptive They can seat large parties inor outdoors so it would be great for meet ups and family meals. In this part of Dorset we are very short of accessible equipped places to socialise that arent chain restaurants or geared for much older people. This is a lovely unusual venue and whilst it's not perfect it's the best for some distance and worth giving a go

We drove it's not possible on public transport. The nearest bus stop is about 1/2 mile away and you'd have to the push down windy roads with no pavement or lighting. Not safe at all Car park a bit gravelly if you're pushing you might need a bit of help
Accessible Toilets
Good
Accessible loo in the Cowshed Cafe space to manoeuvre and room for a carer. Grab rails, room to transfer baby changing station that could be used as a shelf but not changing places. Wide door, corridor a little narrow but manageable
Staff
Excellent
Staff and very friendly and helpful, receptive to ideas and will bring anything out to the table you need
