This hotel advertises itself to be wheelchair friendly. This was not the case. The lift to the bedrooms was miniscule. I really struggled to even get in. The room was so small that I could not get past the bottom of the bed. It was impossible for us to stay. The staff were lovely. We were given a complimentary drink ( and a bowl of soup) because we had been travelling all day. We were also given a full refund without any quibble. It would pay to take measurements before booking.
