Excellent
Wheelchair accessible function room in a good city centre location. Level access via the Angel's Share restaurant or the entrance on Hope St Lane. Lift access to Devil's Cut in the basement, lift exit a little tight for larger wheelchairs. Good sized disabled toilet. Friendly and helpful staff. Disabled parking space on Hope St (next to Angel's Share), ample on street parking. Enjoyed a fabulous party for a friend's 50th!
Disabled Access In and Around
Good
Level access via restaurant (a few turns through the building, about 20 metres), or the entrance on the side lane, to the lift. Lift exits into narrow corridor which is a little tight for larger wheelchairs. Ample space in the venue.
Parking & Transport
Good
One disabled parking space on Hope St. Street parking in vicinity with single yellow lines. Close to west end of Princes St for buses and tram stop. I parked just round the corner on Charlotte Square and had to bump wheelchair up the kerb.
Accessible Toilets
Good
Well located, no key required. Good size to manoeuvere wheelchair and for carer to assist. Equipped with grab rails you'd expect. Clean and tidy.
Staff
Excellent
Friendly and helpful. Willing to assist with lift, doors, etc. Called wheelchair taxi for a friend and helped them into cab.
Additional Information
Highly recommend as accessible function room with good central location. Yummy cocktails too!
