Great experience every time I’ve been here. There’s a lift up to the first floor, which just about fits an electric wheelchair and 2 people but otherwise has flat access in from mermaid quay and into the glee club itself. There’s no allocated wheelchair spaces per se but they usually fit a wheelchair either behind or beside one of the tables.

There’s a lift up to the first floor which just about fits an electric wheelchair and 2 adults. Otherwise,’ there’s flat access into the lift area from Mermaid Quay and into the glee club itself. Unfortunately no electric doors into the lift area but the doors into the glee club itself are generally opened by staff.

I travelled to this place by personal vehicle
You can pull up on double yellows a few meters away from the glee club (we did get a ticket this time but I think it was because we went over the 3 hours limit for parking with a blue badge on double yellows). Otherwise, you can park outside the Wales Millennium Centre, which is a 5 minute walk away.

I’m pretty sure they have an accessible toilet but I’ve never needed to use it so can’t comment on it.

Excellent
Brilliant staff, although I almost got id’d at the entrance, eventhough I’m 28! They responded to my booking enquiry email within a week and were able to answer all of my questions.
