    A Must see on any Lake District Adventure!

    Any visit to the Lake District is not complete unless you've been to the Grassmere gingerbread shop. The shop itself is very small and not particularly accessible because it's in a very old building which used to be the village school. The shop was originally established by Sarah Nelson in 1854.
