Overview

Almost everything was ideal! The only reason it isn't a 5 star is the thick carpet at reception making it a work out in my wheelchair!

Transport & Parking

A number of disabled bays immediately outside entrance of the hotel.

Access

Access to the meeting rooms and restaurant are all on ground level and easily accessed. As mentioned earlier, the only down side was the carpet on entering the hotel which made pushing extremely difficult.

Toilets

Toilet was perfectly accessible for me. However, the door is a folding door that may prove difficult for anyone with an upper body impairment.

Staff

The staff at the Dakota are very approachable and friendly from the outset. No request is too much either for assistance or when ordering food drinks etc.

Anything else you wish to tell us?

Very handy as it is just off the M8. It is very reasonable for business meetings as a daily WiFi code costs only £5 and it has a relaxed atmosphere.
