Wheelchair access is down a side street to the right of the pub-front, where cars regularly park and obstruct the pavement. You must ring a bell for a member of staff to come and let you in, with staff taking a very long time to respond, often after a companion has gone in and asked the staff to let you in. This is even in bad weather. Tables are packed tightly together and are difficult to move between at peak times. You must move between the tables to access the disabled toilet, which is clean but lacks dull changing facilities. The lift is towards the back of the pub in a dark and somewhat narrow corner. It just be used to access the bar, so the Wetherspoons app is very useful to avoid using it. When ordering cafes staff at other sites offer to get a drink for anyone disabled, but no help is offered here.

There is very limited car parking nearby, but it is very close to several bus stops, and is maybe a mile from the train station. The side street for wheelchair access is cobbled and uneven.
