The venue itself had easy access, friendly and chatty staff providing quality food

Transport & Parking

Access

the route to the venue was very easily accessed by the whole party there were no major lips or curbs that we had trouble with, both manual and electric chair users fitted through and used the doors we used to exit and enter the venue without needing additional ramps or supports, it was great to know staff were on hand if we really needed their help

Toilets

Even though I didn't personally use the toilet myself from speaking about this with my friend they said that the toilet was spacious clean and was comfortable enough to fit both a carer and young person in, the one thing that did concern them was that there were no proper locks on the doors of the bathroom so if another person needed the toilet they could walk into another person using the toilet

Staff

staff were always respectful when individuals needed time to communicate what they were trying to order or if someone needed a last minute change of what they wanted to eat or drink and I didn't feel pressure to order quickly or awkward when something needed
