Door opening into ladies/disabled toilet too narrow for a wheelchair

The Park Hotel in Peebles has just reopened after a refurbishment. My daughter and I were there today for lunch. My daughter is in a wheelchair. There is no designated wheelchair accessible toilet. There are ladies toilets. She was unable to gain entry to those as the main door opening is too narrow for her wheelchair to go through. One of the toilet cubicles is bigger and supposed to be for a wheelchair user, but there is no handrail, emergency buzzer etc fitted within that toilet. Not much point in having a "disabled" user toilet when you can't even get in!!!
