Opened in 2021, the Peace Bridge is a suspension bridge that stretches across the River Foyle, allowing passage between Ebrington Square and the City Centre for those walking and wheeling. The bridge has spectacular views and was one of the highlights of my trip. With the exception of a long metal drainage grate, the route is entirely tarmaced, making it easy to navigate. There are two long benches to stop at if needed.
