Overview

The Range is a store which sells home furniture, decorations and a variety of products that you might want and need. It is very easy to get around for everyone as they provide ramps and lifts both inside and outside the store so that it is wheelchair accessible. When entering, the customer service desk is reachable if you need any help while shopping around this large store.

Transport & Parking

There is a large parking space which has disable parking both at the entrance and exit points. The only disadvantage is that the nearest bus stop is at Monk Cross, Shopping Centre which is 15 - 20 minutes walk away from The Range.

Access

The entrance and exit had automatic doors which makes it easily accessible. There were signs all throughout the store and can be seen due to its large print. Most of the products are downstairs, only the furniture and a small coffee shop are situated on the first floor but these can be accessed using the wheelchair friendly escalator or the lift. There is also plenty of room between aisles to move around.

Toilets

There are customer toilets both on the ground floor and 1st floor and can be easily found using the signs. The toilets were clean, spacious and had everything that you needed, for example grab rails and alarm system are installed.

Staff

The staff were all very friendly, polite and are willing to help the customers.
