Drop-in, browse and borrow – you’re sure of a warm welcome! We have a welcoming cafe serving a variety of food and drink. You can use a PC. Please use our booking webpage to book a session. You’ll need your library card number and PIN to log in. Alternatively just give us a ring to book a session. Toilets are available in the centre including accessible toilets and changing places facilities.

Disabled Access at Tang Hall Explore at Burnholme Community Centre

The community centre has a large entrance with automatic doors, everything is level with no steps up. The cafe and library are on the group floor and there are meeting rooms on the first floor with lift access.

Accessible parking at Tang Hall Explore at Burnholme Community Centre

There is a large car park at the front of the building. Driving: Two free car parks, one on each side of the building, with around 70 spaces in total. There is a drop off point outside the library entrance plus four accessible parking spaces. There is also an electric car charging point operated by Charge Your Car. On-street parking is available with no local parking restrictions

There is a Changing Places toilet, which includes an adult-size changing bench, toilet, sink and hoist.

A designated accessible toilet designed for wheelchair users and others with visible and non-visible accessibility requirements is available within the main public areas.
