Overall Rating

Good

Transfer space was restricted by bins placed beside and near the toilet. The layout felt compact, with limited manoeuvring space for wheelchair users or anyone needing carer support. The hand dryer was positioned close to the sink, which was useful. The space was reasonably clean and there were no stored items visible, but bin placement reduced the usable floor area.
