    If you are ever in South Lanarkshire and looking for somewhere nice for a meal or coffee break can I recommend The Scrib Tree in Douglas just a few minutes off the M74 motorway. Leaving by the signs to the Happenden services but heading down the A70 to Douglas. A pleasant and nice small cafe as an alternative to the Happenden Services with on site good parking including a disabled space. Relatively easy access and with a disabled toilet. The location is on the main street and easily found ML11 0RD tel 07872 577515. Good food if a bit pricy.
