The autism friendly holiday specialist in the UK. A unique self catering holiday centre offering houses and bungalows for rent for short breaks throughout the year on the Lincolnshire Coast. Our bungalows are fully accessible having accessible door ways, full wet rooms. Hoist and other specialist equipment available. An ideal destination for a family holiday and also for residential schools and organisations. Fully accessible on site facilities including indoor heated swimming pool.

Wonderful place

Accomodation, grounds and pool wonderful. A very peaceful place. Children really enjoyed it. Only thing to let it down from 5* was the playbarn... We would definitely return next year if the playbarn work has been carried out. The owners were wonderful and very understanding and all visitors were lovely to talk to. Well worth a visit if you are like us and unable to stay anywhere mainstream.

The best holiday ever

This is a specialist holiday place in the UK for people with autsin/send and other disabilities. It is amazing, there is a huge pool that everyone can use on their own for an hour every day. The park is accessible and the Forrest is wheelchair accessible. The grounds are all flat and great for anyone with a disability. The houses are beautiful and 5*

Level access to bungalow accommodation, extra wide doorways and entrance halls. Full wet rooms with shower. Hoist and bed raisers available. Shower chairs available. All on site facilities are wheelchair accessible. Ground level trampoline. Indoor heated swimming pool with hoist and accessible changing room and shower. Level ground across the site. Disabled parking.
