The Tithe Barn

The Tithe Barn and the adjacent owners' farmhouse date from late medieval times, and together they nestle in four secluded acres of pasture, orchards, and garden with country views in the rural outskirts of Ashburton, a vibrant and historic town on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The recent restoration and conversion has rescued and revived a large “historic building at risk” whilst creating a unique and very accessible holiday home of the highest standards. There are three luxury en-suite bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor with a wet room with a luxury "rain" shower. The ground floor is level and tiled throughout for easy use of a wheelchair and the living area is spacious and open-plan; including the kitchen, dining areas and lounge.
