    The Trolleybus Museum at Sandtoft

    About

Trolleybuses were once common in the UK, but the last one operated in 1972 although they have flourished in many parts of the world. Founded in 1969 we have the largest collection of preserved trolleybuses in the world, mostly from Brtitain but with some examples from overseas. The Museum also houses a collection of historic toys dating from the 1920's to the present day, a replica Pre-Fab home, a Cycle Shop Museum and a Lecture Theatre. The Museum is run entirely by volunteers.
