Valley Caravan Park was established in 1945 by William A Taylor and has continued to be run by the same Cornish family throughout the years. The park boasts a wonderful location in Old Polzeath, and is renowned as one of Cornwall's premier surfing beaches. Our aim is to make your holiday with us a happy and memorable occasion. A member of the family or staff will be available at most times during the day to help with the smooth running of the park and also for emergencies during the night. The Park is situated in a valley leading down to the sea, with the entrance only 200 yards from Polzeath's sandy beach. We have tried to keep the park as natural as possible, encouraging wildlife, especially the mallard duck - these nest on the site and with their young, freely waddle the park, together with other domesticated ducks, geese and moorhens. Due to the wildlife, we regret that DOGS are not permitted on the site (except guide dogs). We look forward to welcoming you

Disabled Access Information Provided by The Valley

Disabled Access at The Valley

We have allocated accommodation in our static caravans for people with additional access needs, accessible and wheelchair friendly camping showers and toilets which are specially allocated and accessed exclusively (a personal key is issued for your use). Our apartments have wheelchair access to the lower floor (living room, kitchen, bathrooms and some bedrooms) but access to other showering facilities on the park may be necessary depending upon your needs and requirements. Our bar and café has ramped access for entertainment, food and drink and bathroom facilities are also present. We like to make sure you'll have everything you need, so please always ring us to double check your requirements are met.

Accessible parking at The Valley

Each camping pitch, static caravan and apartment has it's own allocated parking, either next to the caravan, on the camping pitch, or in our apartments car park which is accessed via a tarmac slope and is level with the entrance to the apartments. Our bar and café has parking which is never far away from the entrance, and is all on one level.

On-site accessible parking bays are available within 50 metres of the entrance.
