Overview
The venue itself is fully accessible but the experience we had was not as streamlined as it could be. To get to our seats meant navigating heavy double doors which were impossible to open whilst pushing a wheel chair and no offer of assistance. The space on the ground floor was very tight where we had to move the wheelchair in and out every time someone wanted to get on/out surrounding areas. If there’s a group of you it’s more than manageable but not so good if you only have one carer!

Disabled doors were broke so had to wait for friendly fellow visitor to hold the door open - no staff available to assist

Whilst the staff we encountered seemed lovely they were few and far between and offered no support with doors/navigation
