Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Venue fully accessible with flat entrances both on Woodgate and in the passageway next to Woodgate. A wide range of really excellent beers including a huge range of gluten free products. Staff are friendly and accepting of everybody (it is also extremely LGBTQ plus friendly as the landlords are a gay couple) An easily accessible disabled toilet and as the pub is all on one level it's easy to get around unless of course it is crowded which it is on a regular basis. Easily the most friendly pub in Loughborough with accessibility unlimited. Also has a spacious bear garden which does get crowded in the summer. You will not find a better bunch of bar staff for welcoming you in the whole of the town. Prices are extremely reasonable too and it was a runner up in the CAMRA pub of the year for its gluten free products. Class pub!!!
