We attended in June 2024 and the attraction was lovely and they do free carers tickets, however accessibility leaves something to be desired. The “accessible entrance” is up a very steep hill with a cars parked on it leaving only a narrow path. I had to push my partner who is in a self propelled wheelchair and then hold onto it on the way back down due to the steepness of the hill and the fact it opens up directly onto a main road! Inside, the attraction is accessible apart from the garden which can only be accessed by steps. Inside the attraction is narrow and not suitable for mobility scooters.
