Overview

A great venue in Covent Garden as it had level entry from the street right through to the stalls. There is obviously a slope in the theatre stalls and to reach our wheelchair space and companion seat we were required to wheel to the back of the stalls and over to the other side but we had our own theatre guide to help us to our space.

Transport & Parking

No parking and public transport is not great in Covent Garden if you are in a wheelchair so we went by taxi from Waterloo but wheeled back.

Access

Great level entry for a change !

Toilets

4

The accessible toilet is inside the main entrance to the Gentlemen's toilet which is excellent. When the toilet is adjacent to the Ladies I always find lots of non disabled patrons use the toilet which is really annoying during the interval. The toilet was clean and reasonably spacious.

Staff

4

The staff on the door were very welcoming and immediately spotted us and took us to the side level entry door. The other staff were also helpful, although our access member was not as good as at other theatres where they have offered to clear the way to the toilet or get drinks at the interval.
