Toilets are a challenge!!

I have experience of challenges around: accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.
Overall Rating
Poor
Although the entrance and pub area are all on one level the toilets are upstairs. The stairs are on public view in the bar, have only one handrail on the right and at the top you're faced with a closed door that needs to be pushed open.
