I came to the Portland for a Northern Soul night with my husband. I’m in a wheelchair with very limited walking ability. I was amazed how nice, friendly and clean the Portland is. There is a secure car park behind the hotel, this leads to a sturdy ramped pathway to a side door next to the bar. Staff were lovely and made sure I had everything I needed and that I knew were facilities and accessible amenities were. Disabled toilet is lovely and big. And is clean, clean, clean! They are so good that they prompted me into writing this review! I will happily go to the Portland again, and next time will try the food as the menu looks fantastic and there were a lot of folks in there eating. Really impressed.
