I am a disabled person and a carer or friend of a disabled person and a general supporter of disabled access. I have experience of challenges around: a hidden impairment, accessing toilets, dexterity or coordination and moving around.

An easily accessed store that has on-site parking with disabled parking spaces.

There are automatic doors for both the entrance and exit to the store with lots of room to maneouver. The store is laid out in a way that you can easily navigate your way through everything from the furniture to clothing and bric a brac. At the rear of the store there is a small area with tables and chairs where you can have a rest along with a benched area where the books for sale are located.

The carpark is of a good size with a select number of disabled parking spaces located directly outside the main entrance of the store. There are links to public bus services a short distance away on the main road.
