Good
small lip at front (7.8cm) but they have a ramp. I could manage to bump up in my manual wheelchair without one. Front door 139cm wide; Inner door 91cm wide. The shop inside is on on level and uncluttered. Lighting inside is good; music is low and unobstrusive. They don't have a hearing loop but staff are patient and interested in learning some BSL so don't let that deter you!
