Tim Hortons

I visited Tim Hortons in Cumbernauld but couldn't get in until a customer not staff opened a heavy door for me. The heavy door opens outwards making it impossible for me to gain access. I walk with 2 arm crutches and my balance isn't good so opening the heavy door isn't possible. Inside the staff were helpful when ordering and they delivered the food to the table. The next obstacle was the toilets. The access door opened outwards again and this time l had to wait until a staff member noticed me. They held the door open for me then the cubicle door as it took opened outwards. I had no problems after that apart from getting out of the toilet, again the door opened towards me. I struggled but got there and this was the disabled toilet! Getting out of the toilet area meant for me to push my back against the door and walk backwards not easy with arm crutches believe me. Aren't restaurants such as Tim Hortons disabled access assessed? This one clearly wasn't. I emailed Hortons but have heard nothing. People in wheelchairs or on scooters wouldn't have a chance in this Tim Hortons. I feel and felt I was being discriminated against because of my disability. Can you do something about this? I have emailed my local councillor and my MP regarding this too before you ask.
