Overview

Very friendly and attentive staff who approached us on arrival to ask if they could assist us in any way and advised us of where to access disabled toilets and lifts. A fabulous experience with lots of touch screen audio and visual information guides. There was a sit in ride that is accessible to someone who can manage to come out their wheelchair and manage two small steps. Again staff were extremely helpful and made sure the wheelchair was ready for my son. At the end of the ride.

Transport & Parking

Arrived on foot from train station so did not use parking

Access

There was lifts throughout the venue and lots of wide corridors and areas making it easy to use the wheelchair. The sit on ride can only be accessed if the person can weight best and manage two steps.

Toilets

The disabled toilet was spacious and had enough room for the carer. The toilet we used had just been cleaned and it was regularly cleaned throughout the day.
