Good
This Travelodge is good but a bit like an average Travelodge, nothing sticks out that may make it a special hotel. We arrived quite late at night, we had to ring a bell on the desk which alerted him that we needed in. There was then a lift and we were on floor 2, we then got to our room, a satisfactory bathroom with everything that I needed
Good
The access was very good, like a standard travelodge. You have to push the door open when you enter the hotel. Then there is a small lift to take you to different floors. Access around the room is very good.
Average
Came into the Hotel, large potholes in the road, many of them so you cannot avoid them. There are very few disabled spaces available in the car park, And when I visited many of these spaces nearest to the front door were taken up by non-blue badge holders., what made this worse was that 3 of the available spaces were under 4 inches of water.
Good
Great accessible toilet in a room with plenty of room for maneuverer.
Average
The staff is nice and helpful but they can sometimes not be at the front desk and they can take 10 minutes to finally appear.
