Overview
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lift. The rooms were spacious and the corridors were quite wide. There is also a seating area in reception.
Transport & Parking
i think there was about 10 disabled parking spaces in the car park near reception.

There is some sofas in reception. The signs were clear. There were some steps and lifts.

A special shout out to Joanne - we were meant to be on 3rd floor but she managed to find us another room on Ground floor right near reception.
