Overview

Disabled access stair lift at side entrance but staff have to be called to come and unlock the door and operate the lift. Not entirely sure if the lift would fit a scoooter Staff available 24hrs. Bedroom was just big enough, only allowed access to one side of bed if using a wheelchair. Shower room is big with good wheelchair access and a large wet floor shower, which has a seat. I wouldn't have managed here if travelling alone but it was ok with some help from family members

Transport & Parking

No parking. Liverpool street station is a short walk away but the pavements around the hotel are narrow and uneven. The underground at liverpool street is step free on one side only so on return journeys you must return to the same side of the track.

Access

Good en suites and shower. Hotel entrance a bit of a nuisance as you have to get the staff to help every time you leave or arrive back but very good value so you have to balance that with it not being perfect.

Toilets

Bedroom ensuite very big and there is a good size disabled toilet at reception.

Staff

Staff were very helpful although at times some seemed unsure about the stair lift.
